This content is protected under the Copyright Ordinance 1962 (Pakistan) and applicable international copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from this platform without prior written permission from Doropk Group – Doro PVT LTD.

You may not use any Doro Rides trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written consent from Doropk Group – Doro PVT LTD. Unauthorised use of our trademarks constitutes infringement under Pakistani and international intellectual property law.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

The Doro Rides mobile application, platform, software, algorithms, and all underlying technology are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Doropk Group – Doro PVT LTD.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Doro Rides app and website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

 Copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Doro Rides app or platform

 Reproduce or create derivative works from any part of the Doro Rides platform

 Frame or mirror any portion of the Doro Rides website without written consent

 Scrape, index, or data-mine any part of the Doro Rides platform

 Use automated bots, scripts, or crawlers to access the platform

 Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Any unauthorised use terminates your licence immediately and may result in legal action.

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

When you submit content to Doro Rides - including reviews, ratings, photos, or feedback  you retain ownership of that content but grant Doropk Group – Doro PVT LTD a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

You represent that any content you submit:

 Is your own original work or you have the rights to submit it

 Does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party

Is not defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or misleading

Doro Rides reserves the right to remove any user content at its discretion without notice.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE DORO RIDES PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

DOROPK GROUP – DORO PVT LTD MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

 THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE

 THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED

THAT THE PLATFORM OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS

YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PAKISTANI LAW.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOROPK GROUP – DORO PVT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

 Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

 Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity

Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of the platform

 Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

 Any conduct or content of third parties (including drivers/captains) on the platform

Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific ride or service in question.

Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury arising from our proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Doropk Group – Doro PVT LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

 Your use of the Doro Rides platform

Your violation of these Legal Notices or our Terms & Conditions

 Your violation of any third party's rights

 Any content you submit to the platform

 Any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity carried out through your account

9. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS

If you believe that any content on the Doro Rides platform infringes your copyright, please notify our legal team with the following information:

1. Your full name and contact details

2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed

3. The exact URL or location of the infringing content on our platform

4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner

5. A statement that the information you have provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

We will review and respond within 14 working days. Repeat infringers will have their accounts permanently terminated.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

The Doro Rides platform may contain links to or integrate with third-party services including Google Maps, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Firebase. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Doro Rides does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for any third-party content, services, or privacy practices. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you use.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Legal Notices are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any dispute arising from or related to these notices or your use of the Doro Rides platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We encourage users to contact us at legal@doro.pk in the first instance to resolve any dispute amicably before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

12. CHANGES TO LEGAL NOTICES

Doropk Group – Doro PVT LTD reserves the right to update or modify these Legal Notices at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated notices.
